15-minute Opening Ranges

There's a NYMEX trader named Mark Fischer, who popularized a method he called ACD, which while intended for multiple market trading, uses an OR and historical volatility for each market. This template is adapted to the ES, for which he mentioned 15m as "its" OR, and for simplicity, uses Larry Pesavento "harmonics" rather than a ratio-calculated ATR. Other methods use 10m or 30m or, like Market Profile, 60m. Something for everyone. My take on Mark Fischer's ACD Method.
